Agar Plate Microbe Growth

What did we do?
We put different samples on the agar plate, to test the amount of microbes on us. We had samples of: controlled (nothing), Mouse Pad, Hand, Table, and the open air.

Which has most microbe growth?
the one with the hand sample

Which has the most variety of microbe?
the one with the mouse pad sample

Why are there no microbes on the unopened plate?
because it hasnt been exposed to the atmospheres with microbes.

It supported Louis Pasteur's work because he claimed that life does not actually appear spontaneously out of nowhere, and the sealed agar plate didn't have any microbe growth on it. However, our sealed agar plate had an abnormal result with some fungal growth on it, it might be resulted by technician's non-sterile equipment or it was contaminated by air while the technicians were preparing it.
